Our process requires a “cooperative” and “proactive” commitment by “all parties” in order for this overall process to have success. This point is so important it is worth repeating. In order for our services to work… the client needs to be responsible for submitting the necessary information (that we requested) to our office on an ongoing and timely matter. If they do not turn in the requested information, then we cannot do our auditing. Or if the information is late…then it slows down the process and it affects the results.

This is not to make excuses but simply to state that for this process to work and be successful, both parties need to take an active role in order to obtain the best results possible.

Or think of it like this…If you wanted to fix your car you would bring the automobile to the auto mechanic, correct? But what if you did not take your car into the auto shop? Then the auto mechanic could not fix the car, correct? Well for us to provide a utility audit with our client’s bills…we need them to send us copies of the required information in order for us to do the auditing and achieve successful results. It’s really that simple.

So if you do ever come across a statement about a client who is unhappy…it does not necessarily mean it was a “rip off”. More than likely it was a result in a break-down in communication and the client not getting their information into us on time and on a regular basis.  

But please note ~ we will do our best to try and keep our clients on track with submitting their data by sending reminder calls and mailing out letters, but again, we do require our clients to take responsibility and send us the billing information. • Try to add more days between watering.  Allowing your lawn to dry out between watering creates deeper roots and allows you to water deeper and less often.
